Deburring & Finishing Technician

We are seeking a Deburring team member to support manufacturing with critical responsibility of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible to perform hand deburring, sandblasting, operating specialty deburring equipment and other finishing techniques. Perform passivation, titanium anodize, parts washing, and other parts finishing processing as required. This role is responsible for precision hand finishing, sandblasting, parts cleaning, and surface treatment processes to meet customer specifications.
Requirements
- Experience in deburring, grinding, sanding, polishing, or metal finishing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- NOTE: KMM is an ITAR Registered Facility and thus anyone applying for this role must be a US Citizen or have a valid Green Card.

Responsibilities
- Deburr and finish precision parts using hand tools and specialty equipment
- Perform sandblasting and surface preparation
- Run automated passivation and parts washing systems
- Perform titanium anodizing and related finishing operations
- Inspect parts for quality and document work (time, qty, scrap, rework)
