About The Position

Deburrer
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform deburring operations on metal parts and components using various hand tools and
machines.
• Inspect parts and components to identify burrs and sharp edges and determine the appropriate
deburring method.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to ensure parts
meet specifications.
• Record and document all necessary data related to the deburring process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance on deburring equipment as needed.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in deburring or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools such as grinders, sanders, and files.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
