About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Deburrer. You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced and highly motivated team. The role will be processed based and will have a focus on supporting and performing all aspects necessary for the maintenance of the equipment used in the manufacturing of components and the repair and construction within the facility.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace parts experience preferred, or related field.
  • Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute precision grinding, polishing, and cleaning on a variety of aerospace machined parts, ensuring adherence to strict specifications and tolerances.
  • Utilize established procedures, machinery, and tooling to deburr and grind parts according to precise specifications, contributing to the maintenance of exceptional quality standards.
  • Undertake rework assignments as necessary, demonstrating a commitment to delivering top-quality products.
  • Provide valuable feedback to CNC machinists regarding part quality, facilitating continuous improvement in production processes.
  • Ensure meticulous completion of all parts paperwork and documentation, upholding compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Enter and manage data accurately to support quality control procedures.
  • Utilize a range of measuring and gauging instruments to ensure precision and accuracy in part fabrication.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished work to ensure alignment with specified requirements and standards.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols, quality regulations, and company policies in all quality-related activities.
  • Employ root cause analysis tools to identify and resolve quality issues, proactively implementing preventive measures to enhance overall product quality.
