Requirements

• No prior experience required, but experience with precision machined parts is preferred.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Understanding of hardware installation processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in automotive or machine shop environments.
• Prior fabrication experience in manufacturing or construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring, sanding, cleaning, and lapping of precision machined parts.
• Use hand and power tools effectively, including DA Sanders, drills, and torque drivers.
• Understand and follow customer specifications, prints, and drawings.
• Install hardware such as studs, standoffs, and helicoils as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
