Summary: Performs a variety of duties which will include deburring and cleaning of high tolerance aviation and aerospace parts and ensure they remain in tolerance and are completed as per customer requirements. Work independently or with minimal direction from Supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work from blue prints and follow routers, corrective actions and other forms of written, verbal, and visual instruction. Use various hand and power tools to remove burrs, tool marks, and other visual defects from metal work pieces. Scrutinize every facet of job and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to Supervisor. Perform housekeeping chores as department requirements dictate. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
