The ideal candidate should be motivated, detail-oriented and can work effectively in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.

  • Perform deburring operations on machined metal parts and components
  • Various general labor tasks including finishing, cleaning, marking, polishing, and painting of machined metal parts and components
  • Perform basic manual (secondary) machining operations
  • Perform critical visual inspections
  • Interpret written and verbal work instructions to perform assigned tasks
  • Utilize equipment in proper manner to complete finishing operations or secondary manual machining operations
  • Move and organize materials required to complete operations and tasks
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Keep records per work instructions
  • Knowledge of commonly used manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical work instructions
  • Ability to use measuring equipment
  • Discipline to provide consistent and precise work on repetitive tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prefer 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment conducting finishing work (cleaning, marking, polishing, painting, or deburring) and/or basic manual machining operations
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple demands in a professional manner
  • Ability of lift, push, pull or move up to 40 lbs.
  • Must have constant free mobility of hands and arms; physical and manual dexterity required.
  • Must be able to pass Company paid hearing and vision tests.
  • Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be legal "U.S. Person" (i.e. Citizen, Permanent Resident, etc.) to be considered for this position.
