Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of deburring experience on fabricated or machined parts
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Knowledge of deburring techniques and surface finishing processes
- Experience using calipers and precision measuring tools
- Familiarity with aircraft component assembly and hardware installation
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Deburr fabricated, machined, and manufactured parts made from various alloys
- Apply surface finishes according to blueprint specifications and finish callouts
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Use calipers and measuring equipment to verify part dimensions
- Perform basic sheet metal assembly tasks
- Install rivets and aircraft hardware per specifications
- Use basic shop tools safely and effectively
- Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members and follow supervisory direction
