About The Position
As a CBRE Debt Advisory & Structured Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the middle market real estate transaction process. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in various stages of transactions, from due diligence to closing. The role demands a collaborative team environment where effective communication and a solid understanding of financial modeling are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a busy workload while demonstrating excellent written and presentation skills. You will be expected to assist producers in their daily responsibilities, which encompass due diligence reviews, loan packaging, lender negotiations, and the commitment and closing processes. In this role, you will examine financial statements, produce financial models, and conduct market research to create comprehensive summaries and loan submission packages for review. You will prepare detailed financial models that provide in-depth financial analysis across all sectors of the real estate market, including both development and investment assets. Additionally, you will connect with lenders and maintain the lender database, studying and forecasting trends in the commercial mortgage finance industry. Working within standardized procedures and practices, you will strive to achieve objectives and meet deadlines while exchanging straightforward information and checking for understanding. Leading by example, you will model behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values.
