Responsibilities

  • Own the phone: Connect with inbound callers seeking real debt relief solutions.
  • Consult & close: Listen, identify needs, and confidently guide clients toward the best option.
  • Build trust: Lead every conversation with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
  • Crush goals: Hit targets, exceed them, and stack bonuses while you’re at it.
