About The Position

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking experienced and reliable professionals to join our team as Debris Monitoring Supervisors. The Debris Monitoring Supervisor plays a senior leadership role in disaster recovery operations by overseeing multiple Lead Monitors and their respective Field and Tower/Debris Management Site (DMS) monitoring teams. This position is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, quality control, and accurate documentation across assigned operational areas. Supervisors serve as the primary liaison between monitoring teams, contractors, local officials, and project management while ensuring all debris monitoring activities adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines. This is a seasonal position activated during and after disaster response events. Assignments often require short -notice travel and may last from several days to over 30 days, depending on recovery needs. Shifts can extend up to 14 hours per day, 7 days a week. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Requirements

  • Previous debris monitoring experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Lead Monitor or in a supervisory/management role is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of debris monitoring documentation and load ticket review processes.
  • Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
  • Reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to work long shifts (12–14 hours), including weekends.
  • Physically able to climb ladders or stairs up to 10 feet and lift/carry at least 50 lbs.
  • Possess a working cell phone with a car charger.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation for accuracy.
  • Strong leadership, decision -making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead in fast -paced, high -pressure disaster response environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and direction to Lead Debris Monitors and their assigned Field and Tower/DMS Monitors.
  • Conduct daily supervisor briefings and ensure Leads conduct effective team briefings.
  • Monitor overall field operations to ensure compliance with contract requirements and guidelines.
  • Ensure proper verification of storm -generated debris eligibility from public rights -of -way and designated properties.
  • Oversee quality control of Load Tickets and required documentation prior to submission.
  • Identify documentation discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and ensure consistent process adherence across teams.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure proper debris removal practices.
  • Investigate and escalate contractor -caused property damage or operational concerns.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for field issues, resolving concerns in real time.
  • Coordinate closely with project management to provide operational updates and reporting.
  • Maintain professional communication with contractors, local officials, and community members.
  • Ensure safety protocols and compliance standards are consistently upheld.
  • Perform other job -related duties as assigned.
