About The Position

As a key member of the Debit Network, EBT, and Fleet Operations team, you will support debit network setups and bank sponsorship initiatives and projects. This role involves entitling merchants for debit processing across multiple Fiserv platforms, evaluating and supporting new bank sponsorship onboarding, and providing rules interpretation and requirements for debit entitlements and sponsorship changes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in merchant/client implementation and client entitlement.
  • 5+ years of experience in payment processing with a strong working knowledge of Fiserv platforms.
  • Proficient in using Adobe (PDF), DocuSign, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and solve problems effectively.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across complex organizational structures.

Responsibilities

  • Entitle merchants for debit processing across various Fiserv platforms such as Buypass, FDMS/North, Omaha, etc.
  • Evaluate and support the onboarding of new bank sponsorships including BIN and ICA creation for debit processing.
  • Interpret rules and identify requirements to ensure alignment with Fiserv's payment processing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate and streamline debit network setups and bank sponsorship processes.
  • Utilize technical tools such as Adobe (PDF), DocuSign, Excel, and Word to complete required tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving issues affecting production services and ensuring a high level of accuracy in the debit entitlement process.
