Job Summary Assist in ensuring quality classroom management and enforcing school and district policies; Focuses on student attendance and behavior; Shares general administrative responsibilities. Oracle Test What you will do Works with administration to identify activities or conditions that would lead to an unsafe or negative environment for students; Works with teachers and administration to maintain a positive learning environment Works with administration to identify students who are consistently off-task and helps create behavioral plans for those students. Assists with monitoring Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans. Assists with discipline referrals. Works with athletic coaches and club sponsors to reinforce positive student behavior (if applicable). Works closely with Campus Supervisor(s) and/or other faculty and staff to maintain a positive environment in the hallways and cafeteria.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in educational administration, guidance, counseling or related field
  • Teaching Certification/License Educator or Professional license issued by the TN Dept of Education Upon Hire Required
  • Administrator license issued by the TN Dept of Education Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years Teaching or leadership experience in an urban school community
