About The Position

The Dean of Students, TOSA position at Denfeld High School is a full-time role focused on fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive educational environment. The Dean will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and the community to inspire students to achieve their potential and prepare them for productive lives as citizens.

Requirements

• Current Valid MN teaching licensure
• Current Valid MN Administration licensure (Desired Qualification)

Responsibilities

• Support the academic and social development of students.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement school-wide initiatives.
• Address student behavioral issues and promote positive behavior.
• Engage with parents and the community to support student success.
• Assist in the development and implementation of school policies.
