About The Position

Cristo Rey Orlando High School is seeking a mission-driven Dean of Student Success
and Culture. The dean is a key member of the school leadership team and plays a
pivotal role in cultivating a positive, structured, and mission-driven school culture rooted in
the Cristo Rey values. This position provides leadership in student discipline, restorative
practices, teacher development, and student life programming, while ensuring that
students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally.

Requirements

• Permanent Teacher Certification and Administrative Certification.
• Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Counseling,Social Work, Education, or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or Social Work with extensive leadership and school culture experience or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in educational leadership, Counseling, Behavioral Sciences,Human Development / Child and Adolescent Development, Student Affairs / Student Development, Behavioral Intervention or Special Education, or related field.
• Ability and willingness to work occasional early morning, evening, and weekend hours.
• Physical demands include being required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and climb stairs.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
