About The Position

Our Catholic school is seeking a mission-driven Dean of Student Formation to support the spiritual, academic, and personal growth of our PreK-3 8 th grade students. The ideal candidate will build positive relationships, guide students toward wise decision-making, and model the Gospel in all interactions.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Professional discretion
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work independently while supporting school leadership
• Commitment to Catholic values required
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level II background screening

Nice To Haves

• Experience in education or youth ministry preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitoring academic progress
• Supervising daily student activities such as lunch, recess, arrival/dismissal, after-school programs/sports
• Assisting with discipline in accordance with school policies
• Collaborating with parents, teachers, the school counselor, and administrators to resolve student concerns in accordance with school policies by collaborating with parents and teachers in consultation with administration
