About The Position
Amazing opportunity to be the Dean of Nursing at Baptist Health College Little Rock, in Arkansas! The Dean of Nursing will provide vision, leadership, and overall management for the college's Registered Nursing Program, Practical Nursing Program, and Patient Care Technician Program. This position will report directly to the President of the college and manage a team of approximately 77 FTEs. This leader will spearhead initiatives to boost program enrollment. Additionally, they will work to expand the range of offered programs, including the introduction of a BSN program. Finally, this leader will enhance the college's capability to offer online education.
