About The Position

The Dean of Instruction at Tillamook Bay Community College is a leadership role responsible for overseeing academic programs, faculty, and student success. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic programs and faculty to ensure high educational standards.
• Supervise all General Education faculty, including full-time and adjunct instructors.
• Manage academic scheduling for assigned areas.
• Coordinate the submission and review of college curriculum and maintain curriculum records.
• Assist with outcomes assessment and improvement initiatives.
• Lead faculty professional development and participate in term in-service meetings.
• Implement assigned projects and coordinate activities with staff and project partners.
• Support accreditation efforts.
