The Dean of Instruction for CTE serves as the primary operational management link between the faculty and the administration. Responsible for managing day-to-day issues and decisions about staffing, scheduling, budget monitoring, program and curriculum development, program assessment, full and part-time faculty performance evaluation and objectives, program marketing, student recruitment, and retention for both credit and non-credit career technical and workforce programs. Primary departments include but are not limited to; Fire Science, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Dental Assisting, Computer Science, Business, Diesel Tech and Welding. The Dean also oversees Apprenticeship programs and Care Connections.
