The Dean of Apprenticeships & Work-based Learning serves as a key leader within Academic Affairs, reporting directly to the Chief Academic Officer/Vice President of Academic Affairs. The Dean provides leadership in developing, implementing, and expanding apprenticeship programs and work-based learning initiatives that align with industry workforce needs, regulatory requirements, and the mission of the college. This role is responsible for strategic planning, partnership development, compliance oversight, and program evaluation to ensure high-quality workforce training opportunities for students and employers. The Dean works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance apprenticeship pathways that support student success and economic growth.
