Role Overview: The role oversees all college-enrollment campaigns—applications, financial aid, matriculation—and drives key CCMR indicators such as TSIA2.0 completion. This leader manages student scheduling and transcript accuracy, evaluates transfer credits, and ensures every student is placed in the right courses. They design and monitor a campuswide credit-recovery system, deliver professional development on graduation requirements and readiness, and report progress toward CCMR goals to school and district leadership. The aim is to raise the quality of student applicants and increase successful college enrollment outcomes across the campus. Special Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead campuswide college-readiness initiatives and drive measurable gains in CCMR outcomes. Skill in supervising, coaching, and motivating staff toward ambitious college-enrollment, assessment, and graduation targets. Strong analytical judgment for transcript auditing, course placement decisions, and credit-recovery planning. Capacity to coordinate complex college-access campaigns, including applications, financial aid, and matriculation, with high operational precision. Expertise in facilitating professional development on graduation requirements, college readiness, and data-informed decision-making. Ability to design and manage systems that track progress, surface risks, and keep students on a path toward graduation and postsecondary success. Adaptability and initiative in a fast-moving school environment; comfort leading change and implementing new strategies.
