About The Position
Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is hiring two (2) Deans of Academic Affairs. The Deans of Academic Affairs support faculty, staff, and students in the assigned areas. These positions will be responsible for promoting student success in a student-centered environment and serve as members of the college's administrative leadership team. In addition to providing leadership for faculty and staff in assigned areas, the Deans will collaborate with internal and external partners in supporting student success, creating learning experiences, and identifying growth opportunities designed to serve the diverse needs of EMCC's surrounding communities.
