About The Position
The Dean of Academic Affairs and Operations is responsible for development, organization, facilities utilization, instructional delivery, student support services and overall operation of the academic programs at the assigned campus. This position serves as the academic leader and manager of all instructional programs offered by Spartan College, creating and sustaining an environment of academic and professional excellence for students and faculty members. The Dean manages program chairs, faculty members, and the library by fostering a collaborative working environment with all team members.
