About The Position
The Dean of the Graduate School of Counseling at Nalanda Campus is responsible for providing strategic leadership and management oversight of the School. This role involves planning, coordination, and administration of the School's programs, supporting faculty and staff, and ensuring the academic reputation and enrollment growth of the School. The Dean will lead efforts to achieve CACREP accreditation, foster a student-centered culture, and promote Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) values within the School.
