Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the College of Engineering, aligning with Cal Poly's overall vision and goals
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and student success
• Lead and manage a diverse team of faculty, staff, and students
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and external stakeholders
• Ensure the College's programs and services meet the needs of students, faculty, and the broader community
• Provide leadership and guidance on matters related to accreditation, research, and external funding
• Collaborate with other colleges and departments to advance Cal Poly's comprehensive polytechnic mission
