We support private equity and corporate clients across all phases of the deal lifecycle including diligence, post-deal and preparation for exit / divestiture. Our data-driven approach delivers insights in diligence at deal speed, works with clients to improve performance post-deal and brings a commercial insights lens through the use of third party and alternative data to help inform decisions. The Opportunity As part of the Deals Transaction Services team you bring targeted commercial insights through a blend of industry-specific experience and cutting-edge data science techniques. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are also responsible for leveraging team strengths, managing performance to meet client expectations, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery.
