Pay Scale: Hourly rate ranges between $16.90 - $18.00. Position Summary The Service Driver plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience by safely picking up and delivering customer vehicles between their home or workplace and the dealership. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow dealership policies and procedures
- Dependable and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles from homes or workplaces
- Drive safely and follow all traffic laws
- Maintain an efficient and timely route schedule
- Communicate with the dealership regarding delays or issues
- Track trips and customer information using a mobile app
- Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Support the service team with additional tasks as needed
