About The Position

The Sales Instructor – Audi plays a critical role in shaping the performance, professionalism, and customer experience within the Audi retail network. In this role, you will deliver high‑impact sales training programs to Audi dealership teams—empowering Brand Specialists and Sales Managers with the product knowledge, sales skills, and customer‑centric mindset needed to succeed. You will act as both a facilitator and trusted advisor—supporting dealerships through immersive training, coaching, and onboarding programs that drive measurable performance and cultural alignment with the Audi brand.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of training and facilitation experience across classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job formats.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (automotive retail, hospitality, customer care, or similar environments).
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design processes.
  • Strong time‑management, organization, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
  • Master’s degree in Instructional Design or Education.
  • Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise.
  • Audi product knowledge and dealership process diagnostic experience.
  • Budget management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging, high‑impact training in sales process, customer experience, and product knowledge, including certification programs, tactical training, product launches, and customized dealership solutions.
  • Use a variety of facilitation techniques—virtual, classroom, and on‑the‑job—to drive learner engagement and skill transfer.
  • Provide timely feedback and coaching during training sessions to reinforce behaviors and improve performance.
  • Partner with dealership leadership, regional teams, and area managers to assess learning gaps and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Recommend learning solutions and provide strategic insights to address sales, customer experience, and operational challenges.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert supporting the Sales Account Team in program design and development.
  • Develop training plans and schedules that align to dealer needs, market priorities, and Audi brand objectives.
  • Customize content using sound instructional design principles to meet the unique needs of individual dealerships.
  • Plan and execute launch training programs, immersive driving experiences, and special training events.
  • Deliver the Audi Brand Experience course for new dealership employees.
  • Coach and support new hires through early performance stages—assessing readiness, identifying development needs, and recommending follow‑up training to increase retention and engagement.
  • Monitor dealer progress toward certification goals and communicate status to dealer management and area teams.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, certification outcomes, and dealer performance indicators.
  • Revise and enhance programs based on insights, business results, and evolving retail needs.
