About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work Full-Time hours
  • Basic communication skills and problem solving
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and showroom area
  • Be an organized and productive multi-tasker. Maintain and manage our "Up Rotation List"
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide information about the organization and its services
  • Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management, and other departments to provide the best possible customer experience
