About The Position

Diehl Kia and Ford of Beaver is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead and grow our parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to join a respected and growing automotive group. Position Overview: The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the parts department, managing inventory, supporting service and sales teams, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of dealership inventory systems
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Manage both Ford and Kia of Beaver's parts department
• Manage and supervise all parts department operations
• Maintain accurate inventory and ordering systems
• Control costs and maximize profitability
• Work closely with service and sales departments
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Train, motivate, and lead parts department staff
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage returns/credits
