We’re hiring a Parts Specialist to join our Jefferson City Parts and Service team, supporting technicians, customers, and service advisors with accuracy, professionalism, and pride.
Requirements
- Automotive parts experience (CDJR experience a plus)
- Dependable, organized, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Team-player mentality with pride in precision
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and customers in locating, ordering, and purchasing parts
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
- Maintain detailed inventory knowledge and ensure parts availability
- Communicate clearly with advisors, techs, and vendors
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
