About The Position

The Dealership Lot Manager is responsible for overseeing the lot operations at Lasco Ford, ensuring that vehicles are properly checked in, cleaned, and prepared for customer delivery. This role involves maintaining the organization of the lot, assisting with vehicle inspections, and supporting the sales team by managing vehicle placement and online presence.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. Driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with others by valuing teamwork, listening, speaking, and writing effectively.
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to achieve high standards by focusing on customer satisfaction, working efficiently, and displaying professionalism with integrity.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a 'people person')
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Check vehicles in from hauler and perform inspection walk around on each vehicle.
• Properly and promptly photo vehicles for online presence.
• Assist in gassing and cleaning vehicles for customer delivery.
• Fill holes on both new and used car lots as needed.
• Keep all walkways and entrances free of debris.
• Run errands for both stores as needed.
• Transport vehicles to and from local holding lots.
• Repark vehicles on lot when not sold and place hang tags in vehicles as instructed.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by business need.
