Dealership Greeter
About The Position
Pacific BMW is looking to hire a showroom Greeter responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere to everyone walking into the dealership. This position reports to the Sales Management Team. The Sales Department Hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm & Saturday 9am-7pm & Sunday 10am-6pm. This is a full-time, 40-hour position that pays $18.50 an hour, non-negotiable and non-commission-based. Company Overview Pacific BMW is a family-owned Dealership operated in Glendale since 1982. Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail experience, hospitality and auto industry
- Familiarity and passion for the BMW brand
- Availability to work in a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays
- Current driver's license with at least three years of a clean driving record (no points)

- Bilingual/Multilingual is preferred: Armenian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Thai, Spanish
Responsibilities
- Proactively acknowledge and engage all guests visiting the Dealership following Pacific BMW’s standards
- Enhance the customer's visit by personalizing each interaction
- Inquire whether the client has an appointment and direct them to desired destination
- Use all available technology including mobile applications and computer software to update contacts
- Collect data for lease-end appointments
- Keep up to date with the new available products, features and specifications per BMWNA
- Troubleshoot the BMW iDrive system to assist clients with issues
- Explain vehicle features and answer questions as needed
- Train to become a certified BMW Product Genius
- Thank all clients for their business and inquire about their visit satisfaction
