Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Dealership experience or experience processing car deals (preferred)
- Transferable experience in accounting, banking, or administrative roles is welcome
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Process Daily Transactions: Handle check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling cash sales accounting schedules
- Audit Car Deals: Review deals for accuracy and completeness prior to submission
- Track & Report Issues: Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items to support compliance
- Collaborate with Store Teams: Partner with Business Managers and dealership teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Support Accounting Schedules: Assist with maintaining reconciled schedules as assigned
- Cross-Train: Learn additional functions, including Title & Registration, to support team operations
- Deliver Results: Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all responsibilities
