Education: High school diploma preferred.
Experience: 1+ years in a dealership environment or experience processing car deals is a MUST.
High School graduate or equivalent required
18 years or older

Responsibilities

Process Daily Transactions: Handle daily check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule.
Audit Car Deals: Review deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.
Track and Report Issues: Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking.
Collaborate with Store Operations: Work with store teams and Business Controller to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
Assist with Accounting Schedules: Help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
Cross-Train and Provide Backup: Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions when needed.
Meet Performance Standards: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.
