About The Position

Dealership accounts receivable including the daily deposit, collections, customer set up, supplies ordering and other administrative duties as needed. Accounts payable - entering invoices and payment using online, credit card and check methods. Warranty payments and statement reconciliation, entering factory parts and miscellaneous invoices, floor plan payoffs and set up of new vendors. Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus. Degree in accounting is not required but is preferred. Hourly pay is negotiable based on experience and match for the position. Must be flexible, a self starter and willing to learn.
