  • Process Vehicle Transactions : Record new and used car purchases, dealer trades, and wholesale vehicle sales.
  • Contract Submissions : Submit service and warranty contracts accurately and on time.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable : Handle vendor invoice payments, regional check runs, and collection of dealership AR balances.
  • Cash & Refund Processing : Manage cash receipts, refund checks, and customer referral checks.
  • Reconciliations : Perform FTC, rebate, and intercompany account reconciliations.
  • Manufacturer Accounting : Account for manufacturer-related monies such as parts, warranty, and incentives.
  • Schedule Reviews : Conduct and maintain schedule reviews using SAR and SPARK Notes.
  • Lien & Warranty Handling : Request lien payoffs and process warranty cancellations.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of COA, debits and credits; ability to reconcile statements and resolve variances.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and urgency in transactional processing.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Positive attitude and commitment to exemplary service.
  • Team Collaboration: Works well with others and contributes to team goals.
  • Bookkeeping certification, associate’s degree in accounting, or 2 years of relevant experience (required)
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • 18 years or older
  • Auto industry or retail/customer service experience (preferred).
