OUR IDEAL DEALERSHIP ACCOUNT MANAGER - SALES REP 2 years of automotive dealership experience 5+ years of customer service experience Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Highly organized with great attention to detail Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and adaptable Knowledge of finance is strongly preferred, and experience in a Buy Here Pay Here dealership is a plus. YOUR DAILY IMPACT As our Dealership Account Manager - Sales Rep, you become a steady, reliable presence who keeps customers informed and operations running smoothly. Office procedures stay organized under your direction, and customers receive thoughtful guidance through their purchasing journey. DMV documents are completed with care, inventory details stay current, and insurance claims are handled with clarity. Helping customers understand application processes is an important part of the work, as is ensuring full compliance with dealership and state requirements. Sales efforts move forward with your lead reviews and consistent follow‑ups. You'll also manage delinquent accounts, speak directly with customers about outstanding balances, assign repossession orders when needed, and oversee accounts receivable collections. Alongside these responsibilities, you coordinate warranty repairs with the service department to ensure every customer continues to feel supported long after the sale. Requirements

  • 2 years of automotive dealership experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and adaptable
