About The Position
The Dealer must read, fully understand, and adhere to all procedures contained in the Enterprise procedures manual and must always comply with the gaming laws. Responsible for creating a friendly, entertaining environment at the table for the guest. Responsible for relating to all players with courtesy, diplomacy, and respect. Novice players will be handled with patience and understanding and experienced players in a manner comfortable to the guest. Conduct the game according to standards set forth in the procedure’s manual for Enterprise. Responsible for controlling the game in such a way and at a pace that benefits the casino without aggravating players. All paperwork is to be completed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with current procedures. Be RBS certified and practice this knowledge daily. May be required to assist in other departments when necessary or for training purposes. Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be age 21 or older.
- Must qualify for Tribal Key Gaming license.
- Math test required.
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
- Guest relations ability essential.
- Must be able to remain calm and maintain concentration under pressure.
- Cannot be color blind.
- Position requires standing for long periods, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, bending, reaching.
