WE LOVE OUR WORK. Paid Dealer School is designed to teach/train aspiring table games dealers. Dealers are responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass an audition at the end of dealer school.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must understand and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

  • Open game at assigned table, count contents, verify count with closing list, inspect cards or dice and sign off with supervisor.
  • Deal games, payout winnings, exchange currency for chips and inform guests of game rules.
  • Change over deck of cards or dice, inspect and mix cards.
  • Verify bank roll fills with the supervisor and security personnel.
  • Ensure protection of game; maintain continuous inspection of cards or dice, ensure betting in compliance with game rules and minimums set.
  • Close game; sort cards, balance rack, count chips and sign off with the supervisor.
  • Maintain the honesty and integrity of assigned games, controlling pace.
  • Assist guest with questions on casino activities or refer to appropriate personnel.
  • Must have excellent guest service skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.
