The Role: The Dealer is responsible for maintaining control of the assigned table game at all times, ensuring quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED, required
  • Must have excellent mathematical skills
  • Must be at least 18 Years of age.
  • Successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience.
  • Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays
  • Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Racing and Gaming Class C License

Responsibilities

  • Deal assigned table games accurately and in a professional manner according to company policies, procedures and in compliance with gaming regulations.
  • Maintain control of the assigned table game at all times.
  • Ensure quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
