Boomtown Casino & Hotel Blackjack Dealer School Classes start: March 24, 2026 FREE DEALER SCHOOL PAID GAMING LICENSE WE WILL TRAIN - No Experience Needed Must be 21 years or older PAID TRAINING: $12.50/hr Our classes are held on our property Tuesday - Friday from 9:00am - 1:00pm or 2:00pm - 6:00pm. You can choose either session. BRING US YOUR BEST.

Requirements

• Completion of Dealers School.
• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledgeable of applicable state gaming laws and regulations.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs.
• Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
