Dealer Trainee
About The Position
The Dealer Trainee position involves an accelerated learning environment designed to prepare candidates to proficiently deal Blackjack through an intensive two‑week training course, followed by a ten‑week instructional program on Craps. Trainees are expected to study daily, as new material will be introduced regularly. This program requires full commitment. Attendance is mandatory, with classes held five days per week for four hours each day. It is essential that no classes are missed in order to ensure successful completion of the program and to maintain skill progression.
