About The Position
An individual must be able to attend classes 8 hours a day, five days a week, for 2 weeks. Must learn new games and be able to work flexible hours. Must have good math skills, dexterity, and ability to learn. Must have excellent guest service skills. Classes will be held in a convenient New Buffalo location beginning May 11th, 2026 Games taught: Blackjack, Three Card Prime, and Louisiana Stud One convenient class times will be offered daily: 9am-5pm Class attendance required: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday Classes held for 2 weeks: May 11, 2026 through May 22, 2026 Ability to pass an audition is no guarantee of an offer for a dealing position Classes are FREE to qualified applicants (Similar Classes in this area cost upwards of $850.00) The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of training being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to be employed by Four Winds Casino Resort
- Basic math assessment required prior to admittance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a level 2 Casino Gaming License
- Three (3) or more day's unexcused absence will be cause for trainee dismissal.
- If unable to attend class, you are responsible to notify Four Winds Casino Resort.
- Tardiness will not be accepted, 10 minutes or later is cause for exclusion from class that day. Further, the tardy day will be assessed as an unexcused absence.
- Four (4) unexcused tardies will be cause for permanent exclusion from training.
- Proper attire, and a professional appearance and attitude are expected at all times.
