About The Position

As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by dealing our guests their favorite games such as blackjack, roulette, poker, baccarat, and more. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their time with us.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous experience as a table games dealer
• Work varied shifts to include weekends, holidays, and evenings

Responsibilities

• Skillfully deal a single casino game type such as blackjack, baccarat, roulette, craps, poker, and specialty games
• Ensure the integrity of game operations, meticulously overseeing transactions and adhering to casino procedure
• Effectively communicate with management on any unnatural or irregular play and disputes on games
• Notify the supervisor immediately of all mistakes or claims and make resolution only at the direction of the supervisor
• Verbalize player instructions, card totals, results or any other information as required in the procedures of each game
• Engage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you properly deal, protect, and control one or more game type
