Responsible for the proper operation and conduct of Table Games in accordance with house rules and applicable gaming regulations. The position involves dealing all table games offered by Morongo Casino, Resort & Spa to guests while maintaining an average number of hands per hour as established by the casino. The dealer will also be responsible for selling chips and tokens to players, paying off winning hands, collecting losing wagers, and explaining the rules of the game to guests. Additionally, the dealer must ensure the security of the casino's assets and ultimate guest satisfaction, while adhering to all Title 31 procedures and internal controls.
