About The Position

Maintains a knowledge of, and adherence to, company/department policies and procedures, including those pertaining to State and Federal regulations. Controls pace of the game and ensures highest level of game protection at all times. Informs Supervisor of attempts to cheat, floor irregularities or unusual play.

Requirements

A Colorado Division of Gaming Support license is required for this position.
Previous gaming experience preferred
Knowledge of ICMP's and Division of Gaming Regulation/Rules
Ability to apply and carryout instructions furnished in written and oral form.
Previous money handling and guest service experiences preferred.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must have an outgoing friendly personality
Must enjoy dealing with people.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all employees and guests.
Able to work all shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Give genuine customer service to our internal and external guests
Deal Blackjack.
Accept bets.
Build and maintain rapport with guests
Pays winners and collects from non-winners.
Handles player transactions.
Must be able to articulate rules and regulations to patrons.
Fills and credits tables according to established guidelines and procedures.
Opens and closes tables according to established guidelines and procedures.
Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and Internal Controls.
Regular attendance is essential for successful performance in this role.
Other duties as required.
