About The Position
This Dealer Success Manager position will work to cover the Houston, TX metro area. As a Dealer Success Manager, you will create and modify processes while collaborating with forward thinking leadership to influence results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You will educate and gain buy-in from key auto dealer stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time. The primary role of this dealer facing associate is to onboard and train dealers on products and processes while working with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. You will play a key role in Capital One's technology and relationship evolution. Because of this, there will be a high level of travel inside or outside of the Lafayette metro area.
