About The Position

We’re hiring a Dealer Services Agent to own the Detroit, MI., market. This is a home-based, remote role, but you must live in the region to support local dealership travel. You’ll partner with franchise, independent, and highline/luxury dealerships to sell high-impact F&I products and drive consistent, high-volume closings. This role is perfect for automotive pros who thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments—and want uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in F&I, dealership sales, or automotive operations (franchise or independent).
Proven success in high-volume closings and strong PVR performance.
Deep knowledge of dealer finance structures, F&I products, and lender relationships.
Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, proactive, and accountable.
Resilient, driven, and competitive—comfortable with rejection and motivated by outcomes.
Based in or near Detroit, MI., and open to regular travel within the state.

Responsibilities

Sell F&I products to franchise, independent, and luxury/highline dealerships throughout the Detroit metro.
Build relationships with GMs, finance directors, dealer principals, and key decision-makers.
Close 10–12 deals per week through consultative selling, deal structuring, and menu presentation.
Manage the entire sales cycle—from outreach to close—while growing your dealership network.
Operate autonomously in your territory, delivering measurable growth without micromanagement.
