About The Position

We’re hiring a Dealer Services Agent to support the Lincoln, Nebraska automotive market. This is a high-performance sales role focused on selling F&I and dealer service products directly to car dealerships in your territory. You must live in or near Lincoln to support regular on-site dealership visits and relationship development. This position is ideal for automotive sales professionals, dealership account executives, or high-performing B2B sellers who know how to prospect, pitch, and close. Prior F&I experience is preferred but not required—if you can sell, we can teach the menu.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in F&I, automotive sales, or dealership operations (franchise or independent preferred).
  • Proven track record of high-volume deal closures and strong PVR performance.
  • Strong understanding of F&I products, dealer finance workflows, and lender relationships.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial—able to run a territory with discipline and hustle.
  • Resilient, competitive, and performance-driven.
  • Must reside in or near Lincoln, NE, with the ability to travel throughout the entire state of Nebraska.

Responsibilities

  • Sell F&I and dealer service products to franchise, independent, and highline dealerships in and around Lincoln, NE
  • Consistently prospect, present, negotiate, and close new dealership accounts
  • Build strong relationships with GMs, Sales Managers, Finance Directors, and Dealer Principals
  • Conduct consultative product demonstrations tied to increased PVR, CSI scores, and retention
  • Manage your entire territory, full sales cycle, and pipeline independently
  • Convert single-rooftop wins into multi-store contracts and long-term recurring relationships
  • Drive measurable revenue growth without micromanagement
  • Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, dealership visits, and pipeline progress
