About The Position

DEALER SCHOOL STARTS FEBRUYARY 17TH, 2026 MUST attend all classes to graduate Classes are EVERY Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6PM-10PM from 02/17/2026-03/05/2026 A dealer school involves learning how to operate gaming tables, deal cards and dice, and provide customer service to players. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

Requirements

  • Must have pass a math and dexterity test.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have a high degree of mental and physical dexterity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to tactfully control and pace their assigned game.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends.
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Basic math skills.
  • Must be able to speak and understand English.
  • Ability to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, and bending) for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
  • Ability to regularly move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds.
  • Constantly walking up to distances of 500 ft. during shift.
  • Frequently stooping, reaching.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
  • Deal their games to the best of their ability and according to casino policies and procedures.
  • Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to all customers
  • Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the integrity of their assigned table.
  • Handle all payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills and credits.
  • Knowledge of all promotions and events.
  • Follow company appearance standards.
  • Maintain professionalism when dealing with guests and co-workers.
  • All other duties as assigned.
